We’ll cover up to $2,000 every year. **Monthly networking stipend** We’ll cover up to $50 a month for you to grab coffee or a meal to learn from and connect with people. **Free books program** We’ll cover the cost of 1 Kindle book a month. Don’t have a Kindle? We’ll cover that too. **Educational resources** We’re always creating and purchasing educational resources to help level up the team. ## Company Benefits We do our best to create an environment that allows you to do your best work. **Competitive pay** We believe in paying our team well and provide opportunities for additional bonuses. **Profit share** You’re eligible for our quarterly profit share after 1 year with the company. As the business grows, so does your paycheck. **Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance** We believe in taking care of our health so we cover 90% of insurance premiums. Applies to US-based employees. **401k with match** We’ll match 100% of your contributions up to the first 3% of pay. Then match 50% of your contributions on the next 2% of pay. Applies to US-based employees. **Flexible time off** Take time when you need it. Just communicate, and we’ll plan for it. We recommend taking a minimum of 14 vacation days. **100% remote** Work from wherever you want. We’re remote-first and default to asynchronous work. **Team offsites** We enjoy and appreciate the value of camaraderie with our team members, so we get together at least once a year. **An environment to grow** We hold ourselves and the people around us to a high bar. You can expect to grow as a team. ## Our interview process We’ll be honest: It’s a long process. We want to make sure each person we hire will level up the team. We also want you to have ample time to get to know our team and explore what working at Omniscient Digital might look and feel like. Here’s what the process usually looks like: **Apply** We encourage you to apply, even if you don’t feel 100% confident. **Screening call** If we’re interested in your application, we’ll reach out for a short introductory call. **Team interviews** You’ll have between 3-5 interviews with people you’d work with. **Project** Depending on the role, this may be async or a live working session. **Final interview** We’ll spend more time getting to know each other and finalize the important details. **Offer** You’ll get an email with your job offer. **You’re in** Welcome to the team! ## What happens once you’re hired? You’ll be given a 30/60/90-day plan that will help you get up to speed on the business and your role and help you carve out your unique path to success. We have bi-annual performance reviews to ensure you’re making progress in your career and professional development.
