You’re eligible for our quarterly profit share after 1 year with the company. As the business grows, so does your paycheck.

We’ll match 100% of your contributions up to the first 3% of pay. Then match 50% of your contributions on the next 2% of pay.
Unlimited vacation
Take time when you need it. Just communicate, and we’ll plan for it. We recommend taking a minimum of 14 vacation days.
100% remote
Work from wherever you want. We’re remote-first and default to asynchronous work.

Team interviews
You’ll have between 3-5 interviews with people you’d work with.
Project
Depending on the role, this may be async or a live working session.
Final interview
We’ll spend more time getting to know each other and finalize the important details.
Offer
