Annual education stipend

Want to take a course? We’ll cover up to $2,000 every year.

Monthly networking stipend

You’re eligible for our quarterly profit share after 1 year with the company. As the business grows, so does your paycheck.

We’ll be honest: It’s a long process. We want to make sure each person we hire will level up the team.

Here’s what the process usually looks like:

Apply

Screening call
If we’re interested in your application, we’ll reach out for a short introductory call.
Team interviews
You’ll have between 3-5 interviews with people you’d work with.
Project
Depending on the role, this may be async or a live working session.
Final interview
We’ll spend more time getting to know each other and finalize the important details.
Offer
You’ll get an email with your job offer.
